Showroom was nice, manager was nice when he is there, but their delivery system sucks. They have no real communication or control over the drivers or warehouse. So when products come damaged it takes days to reschedule a new delivery. Then when drivers give false delivery times and don't show up, the store has no way in contacting them until end of day to then take even more days to schedule a third delivery. So if you want to chance waiting for a new bed for 2 weeks after spending $1000s then purchase a bed from this store. Delivery guys didn't even wear booties while walking through my house and tried to hide the fact that their truck ripped my neighbors FiOS line off of their house.
